I spend 5 hours in front of the screen
ResponderEliminarI spend four hours in front of the screen. One hour and a half I do the homework and two and a half hours I play video games. To reduce the hours I´m in front of the screen, I can play with toys or do sport.
ResponderEliminarI spend 3 hours in front of the computer screen, 1 hour in front of the tv screen and about half and hour playing whith my mobile. To reduce the number of hours I could play less time.

I spend quite a few hours a day in front on creens, I can't say the number but I'm contolling it.
The day depens, I have more o less hours of rest.
I am workingall morning, from 9 to 12, 13, 14.. or so.
To reduce the number of screens, I work for a while and then I go out info the garden.

To reduse the numbers of hours in front of the screens I could read, table games or go for a walk.
I'm an hour to do my homework and 2 or 3 hours playing.

ResponderEliminarWell done everybody! Espero que hayáis podido reflexionar un poco acerca del uso que estamos haciendo de las pantallas y aparatos digitales. Son tiempos complicados y todos estamos haciendo más uso del habitual de las nuevas tecnologías, por eso está bien darse cuenta e intentar disminuir un poco el tiempo de ocio delante de las pantallas e intentar hacer otras cosas divertidas como las "Tips" que disteis en el vídeo.
